What are the benefits of using a clay mask in my skincare routine?
Clay is a natural detoxifier and purifer, so a clay mask can help ease congestion by drawing out impurities from the skin and fighting breakouts to reveal a more evenly toned complexion.
How do I incorporate the Australian Pink Clay Mask into my existing skincare routine?
This mask is best used as a regular treatment whenever your skin feels especially congested, rough or oily. After cleansing as normal with your preferred cleanser, pat skin dry and then apply the mask. Once the mask has dried, rinse well and then follow with your regular skincare routine.
For some people, especially dry/sensitive skin types, this might be once a week or once a fortnight. Others, such as normal/oily skin types, might prefer to use 2-3 times a week.
Our Australian Pink Clay Mask can also be used as a spot treatment on targeted areas of the face experiencing breakouts or congestion.
How often should I use the Australian Pink Clay Mask?
That all depends on your skin type and how your skin is feeling.
We recommend normal/oily skin types use our Australian Pink Clay Mask no more than 2-3 times a week, while dry/sensitive skin type stick to once a week. We also suggest patch-testing first and discontinue use if irritation occurs.
How much product should I apply?
Apply a thin layer of our Australian Pink Clay Mask to the desired treatment areas. Upon application, the mask should be thick and wet to touch, but start to dry and change colour within a few minutes.
