Full name of the product
Image and description of fault (if possible)
Where the purchase was made (store and suburb)
Date (and proof) of purchase:
For any issues regarding your order, general queries or comments, please include all relevant information and any pictures that may help speed up your enquiry.
The Customer Service team are based in Sydney, Australia will endeavour to respond to your email within 72 hours and are available Monday to Friday 8.30am – 5.30pm (AEST) excluding Public Holidays.
