MCOBEAUTY PRODUCTS

ORDERS
How do I update or cancel my order?
If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us at info@mcobeauty.com as soon as possible. Our fulfilment team processes orders promptly, so we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been confirmed — but we will always do our best to accommodate your request before dispatch.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been placed, you can view its status at any time by logging into your account. You will also receive a shipping confirmation email with your UPS tracking number as soon as your order has been dispatched.
Can I apply multiple promotional codes at checkout?
Only one promotional code may be applied per order. If you have multiple codes, we recommend using the one offering the greatest value. Codes cannot be combined with other offers unless otherwise stated.
BILLING & PAYMENT
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express (credit and debit), as well as PayPal. At this time, we are unable to process payments via check or money order.
When will my card be charged?
Payment is processed at the time your order is placed and confirmed. An order confirmation email will be sent to you shortly after as proof of purchase.
PRODUCTS
Are MCoBeauty products tested on animals?
Absolutely not! MCoBeauty is proudly cruelty-free and holds PETA certification as part of the Beauty Without Bunnies programme. We never test on animals at any stage of product development or production. You can view our PETA listing at crueltyfree.peta.org/company/mcobeauty.
Are MCoBeauty products vegan?
Yes — all MCoBeauty products are 100% vegan. We do not use any animal-derived ingredients across our range.
Why doesn't my local store carry the full range?
While we encourage all retail partners to stock the complete MCoBeauty range, product availability may vary by location. The full collection — including all shades of foundation, concealer, and BB cream — is always available at us.mcobeauty.com. During select promotional periods, we offer price matching on complexion products so you can find your perfect shade. Contact us at info@mcobeauty.com to find out more.
SHIPPING & RETURNS
How much does shipping cost?
We offer free shipping on all US orders over $50. Standard shipping is $10 and orders are delivered via UPS within 3–5 business days. Please allow 1–2 business days for order processing before your order ships.
What is your return policy?
We do not offer refunds for change of mind. Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase for faulty items only. If you've received a damaged or incorrect item, please email us at info@mcobeauty.com with photos and a description and our team will get it sorted for you.
