TERMS AND CONDITIONS AGREEMENT OF SALE
Please read them carefully
The use of this site is governed by the TERMS AND CONDITIONS AGREEMENT OF SALE set forth below. Your use of this site or purchase from MCoBeauty Pty Limited indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions.
MCoBeauty Pty Limited reserves the right to make changes to this web site and these terms and conditions at any time without any prior notice.
MCoBeauty Pty Limited is the service provider; it is also referred to as "MCoBeauty", "us" and "we".
The customer is the person or organization who purchases or seeks services from ModelCo; it is also referred to as "you".
PLACING ORDERS
All orders placed are subject to confirmation and acceptance by ModelCo Pty Limited.
ModelCo Pty Limited may vary prices for received orders in the event of price changes. In the case of price increase, you may cancel the order by giving notice to ModelCo, which must be received within seven days of the price increase notification.
To minimise errors and improve efficiency, orders should be placed using our on-line ordering system whenever possible. Other forms of ordering are accepted only if our on-line ordering system is malfunctioning or you have difficulty using it. Other ordering methods include E-mailing our sales or submitting the order by fax. Unfortunately, we do not accept phone orders. For some organisations where a purchase order is necessary, we still encourage the orders to be placed on-line and followed by a summarised purchase order.
Quantity in stock does not take into account the orders already placed which are yet to be processed. It is possible that an order placed earlier will receive the allocation of the part in which the quantity for it showed as in stock at the time of your order. Inventory discrepancy can also affect the accuracy of the stock status displayed on our web site.
Any attempt to cancel an order must be made as soon as possible. Cancellations attempted after the despatching will result in the customer having to pay the shipping and handling charges on the package and the cost of shipping the package back.
Cancellations may be communicated by email or Fax.
PAYMENT
For online orders, accepted payments include credit cards (Visa/ Master card/Bankcard ONLY)
The title of the goods supplied does not pass to the customer from MCoBeauty until the full amount is paid to MCoBeauty Pty Limited.

Split your purchase into 4 instalments: You'll pay your first instalment at the time of purchase, and the remainder every fortnight
Pay nothing extra when you pay on time: With interest-free payments, the only fees are for late payments. We'll email your payment schedule and send notifications so there are no surprises.
Enjoy instant approval and shipment: You’ll know you’ve been approved within seconds. Orders ship as they would with any other form of payment, as quickly as you choose.
SHIPPING AND RETURNS
MCoBeauty ships Monday - Friday, excluding US public holidays. Orders placed after 9am EST are processed the following business day. Due to the high volume of orders during launch periods and promotions, processing and shipping timelines may be slightly delayed during these times. Our team are working hard to make sure you get your MCoBeauty items as soon as possible.

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

Free Shipping - Orders over $35 USD
MCoBeauty domestic orders are delivered via UPS standard within 3-5 business days. Please allow for an additional 1-2 days transit for regional areas. To ensure secure delivery, all parcels must be signed for upon receipt. If you don’t expect to be home during normal business hours, please choose a delivery address where someone will be available to sign for your parcel.
During our peak sales and promotional activity periods some orders may take a little longer than expected to be picked, packed and shipped to you. If you have any concerns over the shipping timeline please contact our customer care team.
When will my order ship?
Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing (orders placed after 9am EST are processed the following business day). Once processed, you’ll receive an email, inclusive of tracking number. Please be advised that during sale period orders can take up to 3 business days to process.
Where is my order?
Once your order is shipped you will receive a confirmation email from MCoBeauty.com which will include your UPS tracking number.
You can track the progress of your order through to shipment by visiting UPS and entering your tracking number.
If you are unable to locate your tracking number, or if you have any questions about your shipped order please reach out to our MCoBeauty customer service team at info@mcobeauty.com.au and we will assist you with your enquiry.

I’m having problems with my tracking.
In some cases, the carrier takes 1-2 business days to register your shipment status via their website. If your tracking number isn’t populating after 1-2 days, please reach out to the MCoBeauty customer service team at info@mcobeauty.com.au.

Discount and coupon codes do not apply to shipping costs
We do not ship to third party addresses unless that address is known and can be verified by MCoBeauty.
Customers are responsible for paying any freight charges incurred by refused shipment and unclaimed goods. Likewise, customers are responsible for paying any additional customs or duties charges that may be incurred on their order.
MCoBeauty will make every effort to deliver on time. However, we shall not be held liable for delayed or lost shipments.
Customers are responsible for ensuring someone is at the delivery address to sign for and accept the delivery. The cost for re-delivery attempts will be absorbed by the customer if the delivery address is unattended at the time of delivery, or if incorrect details are provided during the checkout process & not amended prior to dispatch.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
If you have purchased items(s) from our skincare range, we do not offer a refund if you have changed your mind, however we offer a 30 day return (from the day of purchasing) if the product is faulty. If your item is faulty please email info@mcobeauty.com.au with pictures and a description of the fault and our customer service team will assess your enquiry and send a replacement item if required. This policy only applies to purchases made directly with mcobeauty.com. With relation to all items purchased from a retailer or e-tailer, their specific returns policies applies.
We do not refund for change of mind. We do not exchange colours for change of mind. Returns for refund will only be accepted if the product is faulty, received in error or differs dramatically from the description supplied by MCoBeauty.
We may accept returns for other reasons at our discretion. Returned goods must be in its original condition and include all the original packaging. If you believe your product is faulty or you wish to return your goods for other reasons, please email our customer service department – include as many details as possible about the order and the issue with the goods.
Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. Any goods returned are the customer’s responsibility until they reach our warehouse. Please ensure you package your return to prevent any damage to the goods or packaging. We are not responsible for any goods that are returned to us in error. We recommend the use of a postal service that insures you for the value of the goods being returned.
Faulty items will undergo an inspection process by our product development team and you will be contacted with a resolution. If the goods are deemed faulty, we will replace or refund the product free of additional freight charges.
MCoBeauty does not take responsibility for the costs involved with returning faulty goods. However, if the goods are deemed faulty after assessment, postage costs will be refunded thereafter. Please include original postage receipt in return parcel.
Our returns policy only covers the items purchased from mcobeauty.com. We do not accept returns on overly used products or products not purchased directly from mcobeauty.com. Please contact the original seller if you have any problems with goods not purchased directly from MCoBeauty.
A large percentage of returned goods are found to be not faulty. If the returned goods are determined by MCoBeauty to not be faulty, then all returning shipping fees will be worn by the customer. We will seek permission from the customer to charge additional costs to the customer’s credit card where possible. MCoBeauty also reserves the right to charge the labor cost for examining these goods where no fault was found.
If the item(s) received is not what was ordered please do not open the sealed package in which it was sent. Any attempt to use the incorrect item will be deemed to be acceptance by the customer of the item(s) as a satisfactory substitute for the one that was ordered and no further claim can be raised thereafter.
If you are granted a refund we will refund the price paid by you for the goods (exclusive of the initial delivery charge) within thirty (30) days of receiving your original notification that you would like to return the goods.
Refunds will only be made to the original credit/debit card used for purchase.
Please note that we cannot accept returned goods that we reasonably believe have been used. In such circumstances, we will notify you that no refund will be available and you will be responsible for arranging redelivery within 14 days.
MCoBeauty owns the title of any extra goods shipped with your order that have been dispatched in error.
There will be no credit given on order price difference, due to price drops or promotions. Promotional codes cannot be applied after an order has been placed.
WARRANTY CLAIM
All goods sold by MCoBeauty come with a warranty to be free from any defects or faults. This warranty is not transferable.
Goods under warranty cover will be replaced or repaired by the manufacturer. No refund can be provided under any circumstances.
Warranty only covers the item(s) sold by MCoBeauty.
A large percentage of returned goods are found to be, not faulty. If the returned goods are determined by MCoBeauty to not be faulty, then all returning shipping fees will be worn by the customer. We will seek permission from the customer to charge this cost to the customer's credit card where possible. Failing this, the goods will be sent back by Australia Post COD freight collected. MCoBeauty also reserves the right to charge the labour cost for examining these goods where no fault was found.
All warrantees are voided if returned product is found in any way to be mishandled, misinstalled, modified, tampered, abused, physically damaged.
Please attach a copy of the original invoice or provide the original invoice number. A detailed fault description sheet must be sent together with all the returning warranty goods.
Customer is responsible for any shipping and insurance cost involved in sending the warranty claim goods back to MCoBeauty. MCoBeauty is not responsible for any parcel missing in transit, on its return back to MCoBeauty.
Products sold by unauthorized dealers are non-returnable and are not covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.
Authorised sellers include those listed on our Stockists page.

Due to changing market forces and other extenuating circumstances that affect product availability, and price stability we reserve the right to withdraw any product we advertise and change prices without notice.
