During a period of exciting growth, we are currently seeking a National Sales Manager to manage existing relationships with key customer accounts, whilst also working to identify and generate new business opportunities ensuing the growth and evolution of the business and brands. Working alongside the CEO and retail department to ensure the maximization of existing distribution opportunities and targeting major new retail clients will be the key focus of this senior position.
We are looking for someone with a proven track record as a high-level sales performer who has the drive & business acumen to take the brand categories to the next level. With your contacts and networks of buyer's, distributors and retailers you will hit the ground running with this well sort after innovative brand.
Reporting to the CEO, this is a newly created role that requires a dynamic, driven individual with proven sales experience and communication skills to work in a challenging, fast-paced and energetic environment. The successful candidate will help create a culture that encourages new ideas and fresh thinking, becoming an enabler for growth in the business.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As National Sales Manager, some key deliverables within this role will be;
- Proven capability within sales, marketing new business development and driving sales. Minimum 5 years’ experience
- Strong ability to establish, build and develop effective business relationships
- Established networks within the cosmetics/skincare and Beauty market
- Collect and analyses consumer, market insights and competition strategies to make recommendations to management
- Manage sales targets and ensure sales forecast accuracy
- Implement the retail strategy working hand-in-hand with the retail and marketing team to ensure the proper implementation of retail materials (POS, retail marketing plans etc)
- Highly developed account management skills to manage underperforming accounts and ensure the improvement in performance to client satisfaction
- Budget management and client account reconciliation skills
- Relationship management with the ability to deliver on client expectations

Ideally, the successful candidate will possess the following personal skills and attributes:
- Extensive B2B sales experience within a Retail (Grocery, Pharmacy & DDS) environment, with an established network essential
- Thorough understanding of back-ground systems & programs associated with Australian Grocery & DDS companies
- Demonstrated success in achieving budgets and strong financial interpretation skills
- Managerial experience essential, with proven experience in leading a team a must

- Ability to operate autonomously, with a proactive, results-focused working style and a clear flexibility
- Demonstrated working knowledge of Microsoft suite of products, with strong Microsoft Excel skills essential

We are seeking an experienced SOCIAL MEDIA & CONTENT MANAGER to assist with influencer and marketing strategy and execution.
You will have proven experience with general marketing activities across PR, influencer, digital and/or events.
Responsibilities

Grow our organic social channels (growth in followers, social traffic and social revenue)

Create exciting, innovative content strategies and plans, being at the very heart of the latest culture and trends emerging online.

Leverage ambassador, influencer and consumer UGC to attract new audiences and engage our existing social followers to drive revenue.

Create the social media content strategy in line with the brand aesthetics across multiple channels including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest and Snapchat.

Managing the social content schedule across multiple social platforms.

Manage our digital content library, ensuring all content is updated correctly.

Strategise, plan and manage giveaways/competitions and collaborations with influencers and other brands to grow our website traffic/revenue, email database sign-ups, Facebook group members and community consistently.

Create an effective, results driven social media strategy and organise the actioning of that strategy directly with our brand marketing manager

Act as a subject matter expert and social media personality for our iconic Australian beauty brands.

Research new market trends, new technologies, competitor activity and industry best practices across beauty and fashion.

Create copy & captions for social posts – with strong written communication skills – great spelling and grammar is essential

Must be very comfortable with the social channel interfaces, knowing the ins and outs of Tiktok, Reels, static and video posts and stories.
Requirements

Minimum 2-4 years’ experience as a social media manager or digital content expert within beauty or fashion – with a proven ability to scale followers, social traffic and revenue.

Can adapt their strategy based on data findings to maximise the return of marketing activities.

Solid business acumen and experience creating and building content to drive revenue.

Proven track record of growing audience following and engagement through the creation of relevant and inspiring content.

Ability to identify the latest trends and viral moments and jump on these opportunities as soon as they arise.

Experience working with content creators and influencers.

Effective time management, with the ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.

PRODUCTION AND SUPPLY CHAIN COORDINATOR
Due to our exponential brand growth, we are seeking an experienced Production & Supply Chain Coordinator. Reporting to the General Manager of Product, you will be responsible for contributing to the smooth running of the relevant departments, always driving outcomes that support the business’s priorities. The ideal candidate is someone with their finger on the pulse and is quick and efficient, being a step ahead and understands the ever-changing world of beauty and manufacturing. RESPONSIILITIES
- Maintain data integrity & accurate record-keeping across the product development life cycle within our ERP system, NetSuite
- Style number setup and barcode management
- Proactively manage the critical path for each product development project ensuring schedules are kept on track
- End to end management of pre-production samples
- Overseeing quality & inventory control
- Assistance with quarterly stocktakes
- Liaising with freight forwarder ensuring delivery schedules are met
- Assist with raising purchase orders
- Artwork management, including marketing copy and labels
- Warehouse assistance with despatching online orders as required
- Liaise effectively and proactively with suppliers and demonstrate commercial acumen and professionalism at all times
ABOUT YOU
- Sound understanding of manufacturing with a passion for beauty & cosmetics
- Strong project & time management skills
