Horrific. I've purchased at least 12 of these at different stores at different times. I contacted model co and provided a picture of each pen. All tips are different and all inconsistent in terms of ink and how it comes out. Most don't even produce any ink making them unusable to begin with not even giving a couple of days grace. When I contacted model co they took zero responsibility for the quality and told me to take it up with the stores....the stores are not responsible for the poorly produced items you churn out. Model co claim they changed suppliers. Whoever is making them now needs to be sacked because the quality of these 2 years ago to now is completely different. This used to be an amazing product and now it simply doesn't work which I think the latest reviews reflect compared to the older ones. Save your 18 dollars plus shipping because these pens are a joke.
